Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows , the seventh and last book in J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series, hit the stands on July 21, 2007.
In this edition, the Durselys choose to go underground to escape the probable torture by Voldemort’s Death Eaters for information. Harry becomes a full-fledged adult and accompanied by Ron and Hermione embarks on a perilous quest to annihilate the last of Voldemort’s Horcruxes. Harry is aware that these have to be killed first before he can target Voldemort.
Harry is troubled with gossips of Dumbledore’s past, and begins to suspect if the Headmaster, whom he immensely reveres, has a hideous past.
Because of their ill-planned adventure, the trio has to starve quite often and encounter ordeals. This leads to some angry outbursts and an indignant Ron departs.
Though despondent, Harry and Hermione revisit Godric’s Hollow in search of clues, and narrowly escape being caught by Voldemort. Harry and Hermione are mortally scared but still remain relentless in their pursuit. By a turn of events, Ron returns to save Harry’s life in the eleventh hour.
Together, they destroy another Horcrux with Gryffindor’s sword and learn about the existence of a mysterious trio of magical objects called the Deathly Hallows. It is learnt that whoever possesses the three objects will conquer death. This to Harry is a life-time opportunity to slay Voldemort.
As perils mount, Harry understands what Dumbledore intended him to do. He realizes, at long last, that his own life will have to be sacrificed for Voldemort to be vanquished. Overpowered by boundless love for his friends, Harry is willing to die so that they may live.
Harry meets Dumbledore again in death and Dumbledore dispels most of his doubts. Harry is given a choice to remain or to go back, and he chooses to go back and fight.
Harry survives and Voldemort is killed for good. Harry now understands more than ever the lofty values love, life, and sacrifice.
The book has been written with admirable cogency and in J.K.Rowling’s inimitable style. Some fanatic followers of Harry series are somewhat displeased as Pettigrew did not get the expected end and a few undeservingly died.
But in the final analysis, ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ is indeed a grand finale to a marvelous series.

awwwwwwwww. Hagrid is so sweet. I specially liked his Beard.J.k.Rowling is really the best writer in the world. In my school there not even a single person who havent read the HARRY POTTER series.

You are all wrong. I have read the book.
Harry is indead a horcrux. When Voldemort kills him, he has a chat with Dumbledore and comes back to life. Then, with all of the horcruxs destroyed, Harry is able to kill Voldemort. He does.
Ron and Hermoine survive and marry. They have to kids named Rose and Hugo. Rose isnt able to go to Hogwarts just yet.
Ginny and Harry marry. They have three kids named Lily, James and Albus Severus. Lily also can not go to school yet.
Draco gets married to an unknown person. His son is named Scorpius. In deaths, Hagrid dies. Dumbledore is already dead, Voldemort dies. Snape is killed my Voldemort in around the middle of the book. That is all I can remeber.
